Ananta Class is a modular seating system for the living area created by the designer Sergio Bicego for Saba Italia. It is an informal, free and versatile system that allows for endless compositions. It is characterized by independent backrests and basic modules of 80, 120, 160, 200 and 240 cm that can be joined together. The project, which name refers to the concept of infinity, starts with constructive simplification. The seats, free from the restraints of the armrests as well as the backrests, can be organised in the available space and adapt themselves to different needs. The Ananta Class modular sofa is also customizable with a wide range of upholstery, both in fabric and in leather, all completely removable.

FRAME
The frame of the Ananta Class sofa is in wood, padded with differentiated-density polyurethane foam and covered with resin-covered velfodera. The suspension of the seat is assured by elastic belts with a polypropylene core.

FEET
The feet of the bases are in ABS, while the feet of the back are in black nickel finish.

PADDING
The back cushions are padded with washed and sterilized goose down and 100% polyester fibre divided into compartments. Ananta Class offers two types of seats: feather version and expanded version. In the first one, the seat is padded with goose down divided into compartments and covered with 100% white cotton fabric with a polyurethane foam core. In the foam version, the seat cushions are padded with differentiated-density polyurethane foam, covered with velvet combined with dacron.
